ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Payment in full of the membership subscription amount is required before your membership will commence.
- Payment may be made by PoliPpay, internet banking or credit card.
- All prices include GST and prices may be subject to change without notice.
- If paying by Credit card a credit card processing fee may also be charged. If so this will be detailed separately on your invoice.
- Payment must be in New Zealand Dollars.
- Minimum Credit Card order is $45-00.
- Maximum Credit Card order is $3,000-00.
- In all cases payment details must include your name, Order Number and Order Date.
- We will endeavour to activate your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- Moving and Handling Association Of New Zealand abides by the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.
1.1 - In these terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) Fees means the additional fees which may be payable for the use of E-Commerce Services as noted on the Website.
(b) E-Commerce Services means the services available through the Website by which amounts payable to us may be paid to us by online credit card transaction, PoliPay or Internet Banking and E-Commerce Process shall mean the process by which those services are provided.
(c) Terms means these E-Commerce Services terms and conditions.
(d) Website means our website located at the url www.mhanz.org.nz.
2. Use of E-Commerce Services
2.1 - You agree not to use our E-Commerce Services for any improper, injurious, offensive or unlawful purpose.
2.2 - In using our E-Commerce Services, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 and have legal capacity to contract in New Zealand. If you are using a credit card, you represent and warrant that the credit card is issued in your name and that you shall pay to the credit card issuer all charges incurred through the use of our E-Commerce Services.
2.3 - Upon completing a transaction using our E-Commerce Services, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct. You should store the transaction confirmation for future reference and your files. We shall have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of providing E-Commerce Services or for loss of data or information caused by factors outside of our control.
3. Refunds Policy
3.1 - A refund will only be provided when it has been proven that there has been an overpayment or where we are obliged to provide a refund by law. When applying for a refund you must provide us with proof of the overpayment or provide reasons why the refund should be made. Any requests for refunds will require the authorisation of the Chair or a delegated financial officer of Moving and Handling Association Of New Zealand. If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be transferred back to the originating credit card or account. If payment is by cash, you will need to provide a Bank Account for us to transfer the refund into. No cash refunds will be given.
4. Delivery policy
4.1 - Delivery will be by way of electronic access to the Member's areas of our website. The Member will be provided with an individual login and a password for using the MHANZ secure website.
4.2 - Access to the Member's area of the website will be conditional upon the member holding a current Membership subscription and any additional terms provided on the Website Terms and Conditions.
5.2 - Credit Card payments use the eWay online payment gateway.
5.3 - Direct Bank payments use the PoliPay payment gateway.
5.4 - Your use of our E-Commerce Services means that you agree to provide information through electronic means. This means you agree to provide any relevant information in the format and to the standards described for each transaction. It also means you agree and understand that the information will be retained in electronic form.
6.1 - Our E-Commerce Services are provided through a secure website using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. However, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never entirely secure or private, and that any message or information you send to or through the Website (including credit card information) may be read or intercepted by others, even where a Website is stated as being secure. Neither we nor EWay and PoliPay shall have any liability for the interception or 'hacking' of data through the Website by unauthorised third parties.
