How to reset your Password
To change your password, click on the reset password link, and the following page will open:
You can use either your username or contact email address (the email address you used when registering on the site).
Click on Reset Password to send the request, and you should see a confirmation that the reset email has been sent as below:
Go to the email inbox and you should see the following email
Click on the link to reset the password and the reset page will open
Enter your new password in both boxes and click on the Save button. You will receive a confirmation is all OK, otherwise a message will show - e.g. the passwords don't match etc. Keep trying until you see the confirmation as follows:
Enter your username and the new password you have just set, and you will be logged in to the Member's Area.
